International shipments

If you live outside Spain, we can ship the order to your country.

We accept online orders from Italy, Germany, United Kingdom, Ireland, Netherlands, France, Portugal, Austria, Belgium, Poland, Switzerland, Greece, Denmark, Luxemburg, Mexico, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, Hungary, Czech Republic, Qatar, China, Morocco and Argentina.

Rest of countries: Please send us your order via email to monica@hesparaninos.com with the products you would like to acquire and your address and we will send you total costs including shipment.

Shipment costs and delivery time

Portugal (except Madeira Island):

2-4 working days to arrive:

- 2,50€ if the order is above or equal to 60€.
- 5,50€ if the order is less than 60€.

Bulgaria

5-7 working days to arrive.

- 15€  if the order is above or equal to 60€.
- 20€ if the order is less than 60€.

Sicilia and Sardinia

5-7 working days to arrive.

- 9€ if the order is above or equal to 60€.
- 12€ if the order is less than 60€.

Ireland:

4-6 working days to arrive.

- 15€ if the order is above or equal to 60€.
- 20€ if the order is less than 60€.

Romania:

5-7 working days to arrive.

- 20€ if the order is above or equal to 60€.
- 25€ if the order is less than 60€.

Rest of Europe (EEC) except islands:

5-7 working days to arrive.

- 7€ if the order is above or equal to 60€.
- 10€ if the order is less than 60€.

Europe (out of European Union: UK, Switzerland) and Malta

7-10 working days to arrive. (it also depends on customs)

- 15€  if the order is above or equal to 75€.
- 20€ if the order is less than 75€.

Australia, USA, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, Arabian Emirates and Canadá:

Once you include country destination, prices will dicrease due to VAT exemption.

1-2 weeks to arrive. (it also depends on customs)

- 29,95€ (without VAT tax.)

- Australia 39,95€ (without VAT tax.)

SouthAmerica and Asia:

Once you include country destination, prices will dicrease due to VAT exemption.

1-2 weeks to arrive. (it also depends on customs)

Rest of countries:
- To transfer the money via PayPal (easiest way): if you have an account in Paypal, you could do the payment selecting "Send money" and including our email account.
- To transfer the money through your bank account. Please ask conditions to your bank.
